Full-Time Children's Activity Coordinator - Camberley GU15

Duties: Reporting directly to a Regional Manager, our Children's Activity Coordinator role offers the perfect blend of office time, ensuring all of our clubs are fully organised and prepared each day whilst still offering extensive time with the children as each of our Children's Activity Coordinators will manage a breakfast / after school and holiday club throughout the year. • Assist in preparation of paperwork/operational logistics for each club. • Assist Regional Manager with recruitment of part time and casual staff. • Work alongside 'Programme and Equipment' manager to ensure activities are fresh, fun and engaging for the children attending. • Inventory and maintain club equipment on a regular basis. • Assist marketing team with promotion and development of clubs with attendance at school fetes, delivering brochures to schools, leaflets and posters in local communities etc. • Management of a KOOSA Kids breakfast, after school and holiday club daily.

Skills/Experience: Previous experience in Playwork or Childcare preferred, however full training including the opportunity to study industry recognised qualifications will be provided to the right candidate. Our clubs are based in Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and Richmond, therefore a full driving license with access to own vehicle is essential. We are a rapidly expanding business and there are genuine opportunities for progression available to the right candidate. KOOSA Kids are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS disclosure.

Hours Required: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week + additional hours during school holidays.
